Two apartments, one house
Both apartments are in our own house at Orlicz-Dreszera 32, on a villa street where the loudest thing after ten at night is usually the wind. Rynek Wielki is a ten to fifteen minute walk. The car stays behind the gate, in the yard, under CCTV, and there is an EV charger about 200 m away.
We did the renovation ourselves, room by room, and we equipped both places for people staying longer than one night: a kitchen you can genuinely cook in, a dishwasher, a washing machine, fibre WiFi that holds a video call, and a desk if you have to work. Room Nr 1 takes five people, Room Nr 3 takes three.

Sleeps 5 55m² Walk-in shower Kitchen with dishwasher
55 m² on one floor: a double bed in the bedroom, a double sofa bed and a single sofa bed in the living room. Families take this one — there is floor space for a cot and a table everyone fits around. Rynek Wielki is ten to fifteen minutes on foot.

Sleeps 3 50m² Bathtub with shower Kitchen with dishwasher
50 m² with a queen bed and a single bed, and windows large enough that the lights stay off until evening. Couples and solo travellers usually choose it, often for the bathtub. Same walk to the Old Town: ten to fifteen minutes.
